Be a part of the Malaysia Pavilion team at Expo 2025 Osaka! This 7-month contract position offers an exceptional opportunity to represent Malaysia, gain invaluable international experience, and leverage your Japanese language skills. Working in direct support of MITI Malaysia, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of the Pavilion, engaging with visitors from around the globe and supporting official delegations.  This is a remarkable chance to collaborate with the Malaysian government and contribute to a prestigious event.

 

Place of Work: Malaysia Pavilion, World Expo 2025 Osaka

Duration: April 9, 2025 – October 14, 2025 (7 months)

Requirements:

- Near-native fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) is essential; JLPT N2 level or higher is highly preferred.

- Availability for the full 7-month contract period is mandatory.
